EU: Customers are required to show purchase proofs for product warranty. If customers have no purchase proofs, the warranty periods are valid within 27 months after the shipment day of the products.
Russia: Customers are required to show purchase proofs for product warranty. If customers have no purchase proofs, the warranty periods are valid within 15 months after the shipment day of the products. In order to get proper warranty, customers are also required to activate their products on the service supplier websites. If not applicable, the products will be considered as “out of warranty” products and an extra charge will be made for the repairing.
