E-Purchase Policy

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or bank account charged.

 PLACING ORDER

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email. After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within 7 working days.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do reserved the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the conditioned above is met.

 REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless they are defective or damaged.

 EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send your item to after confirmation from us: LEAGOO (M) Sdn Bhd C-1-2, Block C, SetiaWalk, Persiaran Wawasan, Pusat Bandar Puchong, 47160 Puchong, Selangor.

 SHIPPING (RETURN)

To return your product, you should mail your product to the following address after confirmation from us: LEAGOO (M) Sdn Bhd C-1-2, Block C, SetiaWalk, Persiaran Wawasan, Pusat Bandar Puchong, 47160 Puchong, Selangor.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over MYR100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
